However, in the rare case that a product does not meet expectations, we offer a structured return and replacement policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Products may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications.

The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Custom-manufactured or personalized products unless they are damaged or defective.

Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use by the client.

Any item returned after the specified return window.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@minatiessentials.com with your order details, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will coordinate the pickup or guide you through the return process.

Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 business days of approval.
4. Inspection & Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If the return is approved:

A replacement product will be dispatched within 5β7 business days.

If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a credit note or refund, depending on the agreement.
5. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
Refunds (only applicable when replacement is not available) will be processed within 7β10 business days after the return is approved. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment or as per mutual agreement.
